Tell AIB: Cancel Your Contract with Israeli Military-Linked Snyk

Allied Irish Banks (AIB) is poised to sign a £1.2 million cybersecurity contract with Snyk, a company founded by former members of Israel's Unit 8200 — the IDF's elite signals-intelligence branch implicated in mass surveillance of Palestinians and the 2024 Lebanon pager attacks. This contract would grant a military-intelligence-linked firm access to sensitive Irish customer data and make AIB complicit in Israel's military economy. Pro-Palestine activists, BDS campaigners, and the Bloody Sunday Trust have staged protests at AIB branches across Ireland, with some forcing temporary closures. The Bloody Sunday Trust has pledged to close its accounts if the deal proceeds. We demand AIB immediately cancel this contract and commit to ethical procurement standards that exclude vendors tied to the Israeli military.
