Artificial intelligence is making warfare more deadly, destructive, and scalable—while minimizing human accountability from life-and-death decisions. U.S. and Israeli military forces are deploying AI systems for targeting, surveillance, and autonomous weapons in Gaza, the West Bank, Iran, and Lebanon. These systems have contributed to an estimated 83% civilian death rate in Gaza, including the deaths of thousands of children.
