Condemn Reuters Decontextualized reporting on Israel's use of a civilian as a human shield

As the first media outlet to break the story and as it is Reuters and therefore spread across the globe, it is particulary egregious that they would cover such a horrific incident without proper context. The Palestinian who was shot by the Israeli military and used as a human shield is dehumanized and the Israeli soldiers' crimes are minimized. This is not a new practice, the Israeli army has always used civilians as human shields and Reuters should include this in its reporting.
